Valor only sells to qualifying dealers. To be approved as a dealer, you must at least have the following qulaifications.

  • Completed and signed Dealer Application.
  • Resale Tax Certificate.
  • A brick and mortar or Online Store (no eBay Stores).
  • Online stores must have a working shopping cart.
  • A day time phone number that is answered during regular business hours.
Step 1

Complete the online form to generate your account number. All information will be kept confidential.


Step 2

Download, print, complete and sign the Dealer Application Form.


Step 3

Fax completed Dealer Application Form and Resale Tax Certificate to (954) 377-4941. You will receive an email within 3 working days to inform you the status of your account application.
